help with install

So I dropped 100 bucks for photoshop elements and downloaded it and then installed it with something called akamai netsession interface.

So where is the photoshop? I've got nothing to use.

    According to your description, you haven't installed it yet. You need to let the download manager actualyl run and download the program. if for some reason that doesn't work, you may try this method:
