help with knowing the activation information of a purchased code.

Hello everyone, a few days ago I bought a one-month activation code for Adobe Creative Cloud. I already filed a report on the website, where support asked me to contact Adobe and request information on when the code was activated so they could help me with that... but I don't know how or where to write to get that information, since I need to send a screenshot of that information and get a solution on the website where I bought the code.

Hello, no information appears in my account regarding this, since when I redeemed the code for monthly activation, it tells me that it was already activated. For that reason, I indicated this in the support where I made the purchase, but they ask me to request information from Adobe about when the code was activated, so that they can verify that the code was activated before my purchase.

From whom did you purchase the redemption code? 

Why should it matter WHEN it was activated?  Your issue is a bad code that you can't use.
