Help with managing active devices for Acrobat X Standard

Hi Adobe

I have Acrobat X Standard with a valid license for two PCs. I can see my product on my Adobe account, but I cannot manage my active devices. My old PC and laptop are broken, so I have no way to uninstall Adobe from them.

Can you help me gain access to the active devices so I can remove them and install the software on my new laptop?

Kind regards,
Jørgen Hansen

you can install them (and use them for the 30 trial period), but you can no longer activate them and you can't deactivate the older activations.

Acrobat X is End of Life.

Even if you still had access to old devices & could deactivate them, there's no guarantee that Acrobat X would continue to operate on your new equipment.  It's time to replace outdated Acrobat for security & compatibility reasons.

MODERN OPTIONS:
==============
FREE Acrobat Reader

FREE Online PDF Editor

Paid Acrobat (Standard, Pro or Studio)

Hope that helps.

It is unacceptable that I cannot use Acrobat X Standard, which I have purchased and paid for. Because my old PCs have broken, I am not allowed to install Acrobat X Standard on my new laptop. You should be able to deactivate my previous installations, since you can see they are still active!
Would you please deactivate them so I can use the product I am licensed for?

Kind regards,

i'm not in charge.  admittedly, i'm the bearer of bad news.

but no one at adobe or elsewhere can deactivate your previous activations.  also, no one at adobe or elsewhere can activate acribat x.
