Hex code in Adobe spark not working

I am trying to input my brand colors into Adobe Spark using the hex code. The hex code box is there but when I input the code for my color nothing happens. The color picker doesn't move.  Not sure how to fix this so I can enter my brand colors. That's why I signed up for the paid plan, so I could have my branding ready to go. I was able to upload my logo and fonts with no problem. Colors are the only issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
