You cannot.

Adobe only sells CS6 (if you ring them, and ask them nicely) or the Creative Cloud.

CS4 does not qualify for upgrade pricing to CS6 so you'd have to pay full price for 3 year old outdated software.

Any reason you specifically want CS5?

Do you know how much it costs? To upgrade to cs6?

I have some files in cs5 i have to work on... i guess i can use cs6
