Hey ADOBE, I am paying you for this you need to give me answers on the things i report

I am paying for this plan and i dont want the responses from other people from the forum (especially those who accuse me of trying to pirate software)

This is not some open source free software package, WE PAY GOOD MONEY FOR THIS AND WE EXPECT ASNWERS

None of my previous questions were correctly answered.

Why are we paying you for this??

If you want to hear from Adobe you need to contact them. Adobe also offer these forums, where you will hear from your fellow users who share their experience and opinions. It isn't a way to Adobe, though Adobe staff sometimes visit: these staff aren't support. Good luck with finding a resolution.
