Hey! When I try to "install" the trial version of Creative Cloud, and clicking on the "apps" button, it says that it could not access them. I have tried eveything that says but it doesn't help. What should I do?

Daniell90831492 do you receive a specific error message?  What operating system are you using?  Can you please post a screen shot of the error message?
