Please install Creative Cloud app- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html and then install Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 using it. You may try Creative Cloud Help / Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC‌.


I deleted all the files about the error in Adobe file, and I downloaded it again. It worked this time. Thanks.

Please tell us which Adobe application are you trying to download, also, share the OS version that you are using.
