Hi. I couldn't download the CC version of photoshop from CreativeCloud Manager, the 5,5 versions of Photoshop, Illustrator and Bridge are already installed on my mac. what should i do?

After opening the Creative Cloud I press the test button, Photoshop CC never get anything.

Could you please quit the creative cloud desktop application and then relaunch it and try the installation once again.
