Hi, I don't know why the moment I try to buy a software packet for my company I can't proceed further because I can't select value of my country (ITALY-EUROS) ma automatically COSTA RICA is selected. I need assistance. Much appreciation

Contact Adobe Support when they are available (not usually during weekends)...

Chat support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
