HI I have a 2008 24 inch I mac with OSX el capitan. I had been using creative suite 5 but was looking to upgrade. I have been trying for days to download Photoshop but it fails every time. I do not have fiber broadband. I's frustrating that I may be

HI I have a 2008 24 inch I mac with OSX el capitan. I had been using creative suite 5 but was looking to upgrade. I have been trying for days to download Photoshop but it fails every time. I do not have fiber broadband. I's frustrating that I may be charged for something I don't even have . What do you suggest? thanks

What exactly happening when you try to download CS 5?

Just in case , if you are getting any error while installing CS 5 like Installer is damaged , you shud eject disk , let me know . Many users think like the downloaded installer is not properly downloaded. its not true , if you are getting error message I mentioned.

Your operating system is compatible with latest version of Photoshop . CS5 products are not subscription based product they are based on perpetual licenses so you will not be charged as you already have it. For upgrade or new purchase you can contact Adobe customer support at Contact Customer Care
