Hi i have been having trouble downloading the free trial for either photoshop of light room and it will not let me due to the sign copied below. I do not have any other systems on my computer however i may have tried the free photoshop trial ages ago

The message is indicating your system does not meet the system requirements of the software.  You should check the requirements to see if/where your system comes up short for whichever version of the software this concerns.  Just as a for instance, if you do not have a 64 bit system then neither of the newest versions of PS and LR will work with your system.
