Hi, I need to cancel Acrobat Pro. I just wanted to trial it, but am now locked into an annual plan!

Hi, I need to cancel Acrobat Pro. I just wanted to trial it, but am now locked into an annual plan! When I try and cancel, it tells me I will be charged an 88 pounds cancellation fee. I feel tricked :((( 

 

How can I get out this plan, please. I already have Adobe Export and that it enough for me.

you can cancel the trial any time within one week with no obligation.  even if you forget, and cancel during the 1 week grace period, you can get a full refund without obligation.

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while starting a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription
