Hi Ive just had to refresh Windows so have lost my Acrobat Pro DC subscription (one-year, prepaid) I cant find anywhere to reinstall it?

Hi Ive just had to refresh Windows so have lost my Acrobat Pro DC subscription (one-year, prepaid) I cant find anywhere to reinstall it? and I dont have a ser number as its a plan not a product.
