Hi. My adobe cloud apps menue tab does not want to load( it just shows the rotating bars) all the other tabs are working fine

Hi My adobe cloud app tab does not want to load. im not sure what i can do. iv tried restarting my mac and the applicaiton.

It seems the install was corrupted. I called Sales and asked them to put me through to support - usually works :-)

They were really good, took over my Mac via Join.Me and cleared the old files out and reinstalled - works a dream now!

Yes same here, paid and installed last night, still doesn't work this morning. This seems to be a common problem on the forum here.
