Hi, my GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 which only supports legacy driver v474. I cannot install Illustrator v29/v30 (Error 190). Please provide a direct download link / offline installer for Illustrator 2022 (v26) or 2021 (v25)."

Thank you for posting, @smart_soldier1753, and I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to install Illustrator and are encountering Error 190. I understand how frustrating it can be when hardware limitations prevent you from using the version you need, especially when you're actively looking for an older release that may be more compatible with your system.

Before discussing older versions, can you let us know which Adobe subscription you currently have? I checked the account associated with your Community profile and do not see an active Creative Cloud subscription.

If you have an active Creative Cloud membership under a different account or profile, please let us know. Adobe provides access to current and certain previous releases through the Creative Cloud desktop application. You can find details here:

As @kglad correctly mentioned, Adobe generally makes only the current version and a limited number of previous versions available through the Creative Cloud desktop app. It does not provide direct download links for much older Creative Cloud releases.

Please let us know which Creative Cloud plan you're using and whether it's associated with a different Adobe account or profile.

If you have any additional questions, please update this discussion, @smart_soldier1753.

Error 190 with an older GPU can definitely make version compatibility confusing. Since the GT 710 is limited to older drivers, checking the system and GPU requirements for the Illustrator version you want to use would be a good first step. It may also be worth asking Adobe support or the community about officially available older versions rather than relying on unofficial insta

Unless you’re a Teams or Enterprise plan holder with an IT dept willing to create a custom package for you, there is no other way to access older release versions.  Adobe support can’t help you.

Officially, only 2 product versions are available to individual plan members: the current release version 30.x and one previous version 29.x.

It’s essential to have access to modern equipment that can support current Creative Cloud technical requirements.
