High CPU Usage when Creative Cloud app is idle

Dear users,

 

We have come across alot of posts complaining about High CPU usage on Mac OS 10.11 or earlier versions.

    didn't work, uninstalled, re-installed twice . Full clean install. Illustrator STILL using 50% at idle on 12 core 24 thread CPU running at 4.2ghz. File explorer used within illustrator to opwen a file stalls machine. No other software doea this
