High memory use for Adobe CEF Helper

I'm running the Creative Cloud, latest versions of everything, on a new iMac with Apple silicon and 16 gigs of memory. I notice more memory pressure than with my old Intel model, though it doesn't seem to affect performance. In looking into what might be driving high memory use I see that Adobe CEF Helper uses 2.88 gigs of VM compressed memory. Is that normal or a lot?

 

It's using very little CPU though, a problem I see other people have had.

    Clearly that is a huge amount of memory and clearly a memory leak caused by a software bug in the programming.
