Hit a brick wall with CS6 installation from sonicbear@btinternet.com

Such a simple thing, buying and registering CS6 Student & Teacher Edition.

Ha Ha!

First, my well known university is not recognised by the system and I was denied access to the facility to purchase a CS6 Student Edition. Had to wait to talk to a real person who then rectified the computer mis-information.

NOW the Adobe system does not recognise my CS6 CD Student & Teacher Product Code.

The Serial number and Product Code appear to be the same thing in the online instructions, but then the yellow slip inside the box states that "Your serial number will be emailed to you once your eligibility has been verified" Confusing!!!

I am advised in 'Instructions for serial number retrieval' to seek out the .. 'coupon code printed in the upper left corner of the Student Edition order fulfillment process instructions (inside your Adobe student Edition box)'

There is no 'order fulfillment process instructions' form inside the sealed box

My box and CD states 'Education Edition' - Is this not the same thing as 'Student Edition'?

What is the next step?

The box is opened so cannot be returned for replacement - OR can it?

Or do I need William Haige storm troopers to sort this lot out?
