Hopeless Service [Adobe unable to charge my card for my CC account. Getting billed for each failed attempt.]

I have a simple CC user account. Adobe, this month seems to be having trouble pulling money from my card - I checked with my bank and they keep telling me that Adobe sends a request for payment, then immediately retracts it. Adobe then goes on to charge €1 for this disservice. I went on to Adobe 'Chat' and for this simple single user CC account worth €49.99/month (automatically increased on renewal), I was transferred through 4 departments and no one could help. The last one ended up transferring me back to the department I started with and ...ooops...accidentally ended the chat - leaving me out - he even managed to deactivate me getting the transcript.

This is not the first time I have had this kind of service from Adobe. Ive been using adobe for close to 30 years and with CC since the beginning. I have never in my life have come across such a hopeless customer service -  total waste of time and space - they could learn a lot from other companies. If I had the choice I would leave Adobe in an instant just based on that.

Still no solution and I dread going back to speak to a void called 'customer care'

Hopeless, hopeless, hopeless.

That is one solution...but not really the issue here. The thread is called 'hopeless service'.

Thanks though - your suggestion is more than 4 representatives in 4 call centres could do.

these are user-to-user forums.

you may get a response from an adobe employee but usually not.
