I was wondering when was the last time a new Update for the Adobe Creative Cloud didn't need a instant hotfix?

nothing happens quickly with adobe, so "instant hotfix" never happens. 

 

bug fixes usually start after 1-3 months and are bundled with new features which may (or may not) require fixes, etc.  pretty much like all software.
