How can a serial number be released without opening the program. Want to reinstall the software.

As Manish said, we need more info on what you are actualyl trying to do. if you are referring to busted activations, then thios is a moot point, anyway. Only support can handle that and you need to call them.

Serial number cannot be located from within the application or computer , it is present on the CD case or Adobe account.

BTW which software ,what version and why ? you want these details . May be we could provide any alternate method or workaround.

Version is Adobe Premiere elements 10. Installed, opened program once and

used it. Program crashed and never opened again. I want to do a reinstall

to correct the error. Problem is that I do not want to uninstall the

software without releasing the serial number. How can the serial number be

deactivated without opening the proram?
