how can i activate on a new computer when i cannot deactive on the old computer

I want to activate CC on a new computer, but cannot deactivate it on the old computer as it does not work anymore.  How can I do this?

    Signing out is (can be) automatically managed.  You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations.  With the Cloud, if you happen to try to sign in to a third machine you will be prompted to have all other activations signed out.  Opting to do this will sign in the new machine and sign out of any other installations.  At that point you can sign back in on any other machine to get the two working again.

    If you only activated on a single computer so far, you should be able to activate on a second computer. Or you can look here
