How can I activate the adobe license from my university?

The university has sent me a message with a code but it seem the license is not working...

Hi John,

I tried yesterday with the redemption code, but It didn´t work. And I´m trying again, and adobe sais that the code is already used.

Maybe the step I am is the 3rd at the tutorial you have recommended, but no idea how to jump there right now...
