how can I aktualie my adope photshop 12? The Info allways is: ID and Password are not comatible!

I need help for adobe photoshop 12. Yesterday it run best, but today I need ID and password to lizense the organizer. I made everything correct, but Ican't register me becaue I allways get the Info:" ID and password do not belong together.

Please answer in german, if possible.
