How can I connect with somebody who can help me??? [Unable to install PS CC or LR CC on OS X 10.8.5]

I paid for Photoshop and Lightroom subscription (Creative Cloud) a month ago, but I can't still download it on my Mac (10.8.5. version) I used to work with your programs and it worked. But now nothing helps. And I can't ask you anywhere here. Why I should pay my money for programs I can't work with? Who can help me? I really fed up with all of this! What should I do? Tomorrow you will take money for the second month from my credit card again=(((

As you mentioned that you are trying to install Photoshop on Mac (10.8.5), unfortunately, that's not possible.

You need to have at least Mac 10.10 to install the application.

you may be able to upgrade,

Go to App Store → Updates. Wait a while while it checks for updates. If you are eligible you will be able to upgrade your os.
