How can I correct for error 1327.Invalid drive: u:\ when trying to reload CS3 on my new laptop?

I'm reloading CS3 (yes I know it's old) on my laptop after it had been scrubbed, and get the 1327 error and to contact Customer Support. Trying to find Customer Support I am directed to this website. Help?
