We upgraded to 64 bit computers at home, and no longer have the old 32 bit computers Elements was installed on.  How can I deactivate those installs and install the program on our new home computers?

Hi JacksoJG,

You open the Editor on your old PC and on the menu bar click Help à Deactivate

If that doesn’t work you need to contact support at the link below. Click I need help with deactivation and it’s often possible to initiate live chat.

Please go through the kb: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-deactivation-products.html .
