How can I deactivate CC on a dead computer?

I had CC downloaded on two machines: my desktop and laptop. My desktop died a few days ago and now I'm setting up my new desktop, including downloading CC, but I can't. My guess is because the license is only good for two machines, but how do I deactivate a license on a computer I can no longer start up?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to deactivate on the desktop however you can go ahead and install and activate product on a third machine.

Once you activate it will ask you to Deactivate from the other machines and that's how you can deactivate.
