How can I deactivate CS5 on a stolen Mac so I can install it on my replacement computer?

I recently got broken into and had my Apple Mac stolen. I had installed CS5 on it as a secondary computer, the first being my Mac at work. To install onto my replacement laptop, how can I deactivate the programmes on the stolen Mac? I haven't yet tried to install on my new computer, I am assuming it will be impossible to have the programmes in three places.

Sorry to hear about the theft.

You'll need to get in touch with Support who can help you out. If you try installing without contacting support, the software won't activate, because it is already installed on two computers.

For the best assistance, I recommend our chat support at http://adobe.ly/v6wfLL.  Our chat folks will help.

You'll, however, need to keep ready some information about the purchase to show them that you're a genuine user. Order details etc should work.

Is the chat available in the UK? I have been on hold for the Customer Support for ages. I have serial numbers to hand.

Yes. Chat works worldwide. Sometimes, you might not see the Chat button, that’s because all folks might be busy. If you let the page be open for a while, either a chat window will pop up or the chat button will become visible.
