How can I deactivate program from old email address?

I have had an absolute nightmare of a time trying to get SOMEONE TO HELP ME. I purchased Creative Suite 5.5 for students, and registered it in my student email. As soon as I graduated my college deactivated my email account. I need to deactivate CS5.5 so that I can activate it on my laptop, but there is no way to reach it. I've spent hours and hours trying to work it out with an online rep and after being passed along by three different chats, I was dumped into the forums.

I NEED THIS PROGRAM TO WORK !!!!!

I've installed creative cloud, I've tried installing a CS5.5 program, but every time I extract the files, nothing happens.

First, installing the Cloud has NOTHING to do with CS5.5... in fact, you may have problems with serial number programs if you stop paying for a Cloud subscription - How do I prevent Creative Cloud from taking over my CS6 perpetual license?

Second, nobody here in an open forum can help with transferring a serial number from one email address to another... only Adobe can access the registration server
