How can I download a new copy of Photoshop and Premiere Elements 12?

Question

Having had problems attempting to download updates to both premier and photo shop elements 12 but with out success . I have now deleted both photo shop and elements off my PC without deactivating.

Would it be possible for some one who could tell me how to install the programs back on to my PC.

I have called at my local PC WORLD and after there guy spent over 1 1/2 hr suggested that I should reset my PC to the factory settings.

Having now spent all day going around and around with Adobe I am at my wits end and totally fed up.

if you haven't changed the hardware on your pc, you can just install (without needed to deactivate) and activate.
