how can i download illustrator cc without having failing the installation?

i have this problem, i am trying to download Adobe Illustrator from the Cloud, but the installation fails everytime it reach 84%, and it's turning difficult now... i had uninstalled illustrator and now i'm trying to re-intall the software and it doesn't work!, i have a macbook pro late 2008 with OS X El Capitan, i never had this problems, not even with indesign or photoshop... help!

this is the problem that i have, do you know how to fix it?
