Hello!

I'm trying to instal my Creative Suite 6  Education Edition but I can't use my product code. I has 5 boxes af a combination of numbers and letters, but the Adobe Application Manager has 6 boxes and will only accept numbers as it seems.

I'm using a reinstalled Mac. Was I supposed to have deactivated the application before reinstalling? Well, I didn't.

Regards

Jens

if you're reinstalling on the same computer, you don't need to deactivate first.  but you could have retrieved your serial number from the computer that had your cs6 installation, and you do need your serial number (6 groups of 4 numbers) to activate your cs6.

here's help finding your serial number, Find your serial number

and if you purchased from or registered with adobe, check your account for your serial number, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

and if cs6 is still installed you can recover your serial number, https://mac-product-key-finder.com/
