How can i fix the 0xc0000007b error? (The application was unable to start correctly...)

Hello guys,

I have a little problem since a week. I'm a videoartist and my main products from Adobe are Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere und Audition. But now, i only can start Premiere, when I need the other applications, it gave a *bling* Errormessage: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000007b). Click Ok..." and so on. Now, with the new CC 2014, I hoped the error is fixed, but nope. He is already here and make me sick. I make my money with my videowork and now, I can't work with this damm error.

My OS: Win7 x64, 3 months old and only used for some adobe products

(I hate Win8 for working)

Hardware: 2x 2TB HDDs, one 160GB SSD only for the OS, Intel i7 4th Gen, 16GB RAM, Nvidia GTX 780 Ti, one temporary 3TB HDD for backups and videofiles

Please, help.
