HOW CAN I GET MY SERIAL NUMBERS TO WORK?

Serial key is not used in creative cloud ..Might be you are logged in with wrong email address or your membership is not activated..Let me knw which email address you are logged in with creative cloud ...we can use some trobleshooting steps after that.

you don't use a serial number with creative cloud. you use your adobe id.

uninstall whatever trials you installed.

clean per Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

restart your computer

download the cc desktop app, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial

and use it to install your cc programs.
