How can I get support to help me with an error on adobe site

HI My porduct list shows purchase of Elements 10 in June. When I look at order history it does not show. My serial number is there and registered. I need to download a copy to my new laptop. I need to understand why the order history is incorrect.

    if you have a valid serial number you should be able to download elements 10 trial and install with your serial number.  you're limited to two activations so deactivate it from computers when it's no longer needed.
