How can I get the serial number for a discontinued product that has already been purchased?

I'm trying install a discontinued product which I already own, Adobe Creative Suite 6 Production Premium Student and Teacher Licensing on a new computer because I have one more download under my license. Apparently I need to type in a Product Code to receive my serial number, but when I type in my product code to Identit-e 2.0, I'm told that my Produce Code is unrecognized. Where should I go to find my serial number?

Does your serial number show on your account page?

If you have installed this product previously then you should already have the serial number you need... you cannot regenerate it using the old redemption code. If you do not know where the serial number is you might be able to find it in your Adobe account online if you registered the software when you first installed it.

Normally you are not limited in the number of downloads, but in the number of installations that you can have activated at a given time (2).
