How can I locate my serial number for CS6?

Hello,

I have been trying to deactivate my current laptop that's running CS6 and install on my new laptop. I have my redemption code, logged into my Adobe account, and tried to walk though the steps to retrieve ser # from redemption code. I am receiving an error, that the redemption code is not valid.( which I have the original box with proof of purchase ) I understand that I should be able to logo into my account and see the purchased product, along with deactivating it on the old PC, from account manager. Can you please help point me in the correct direction?

i don't think you can redeem more than once.

but once you have your serial number, secure it so it can be reused whenever you want to (re)install your cs6.

so, at this point retrieve your serial number from your old laptop and then secure it for all future use (including the install on your new laptop):

once your serial number is secured, you can deactivate (help>deactivate) and uninstall from your old laptop. then use the installation files to install on your new laptop and use your serial number to activate on your new laptop.
