Question

How can I move Creative Suite 6 with Web Pro from one Mac to another (only have a single user licence)?

Need to move the Creative Suite 6 with Web Pro from one Mac computer to another.

As there is only a single licence, I need to uninstall from one, to reinstall on the other Mac.

Can this be done? Software originally was loaded from on-line.

Thank you

A single user license allows you to have two machines with activated installations, so you do not have to remove it from the first machine if you would like the option of having a backup available.   If you wanted to remove it from the original machine anyways, you should deactivate it first (Help -> Deactivate) so that you retain the extra activation for other use if needed.

You can download the software thru the link below and use your serial number to activate it.

You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

Thank you for your prompt & helpful reply Ned. However, in the activation email, it states the following:-

"This key will allow installation of this Creative Suite product on one computer"

I am concerned that if I deactivate it from the one Mac, that I may not be able to download it

again to reactivate it on the other Mac.

That is nothing to be concerned about.  Your license works as I indicated.  You can deactivate and reactivate as needed as well, which allows for moving it to new machines and reinstalls for failed drives and whatnot.
