How can I move CS6 to a new computer?

I received my license through TechSoup. My macbook pro is old and I am replacing it when the next models come out (we hope in a couple of months)  Right now I need to use only one app (inDesign) which I currently have in trial mode. I don't have room to put the whole CS6 on this computer, though I could put it on an attached HD.  What should be my plan of attack so as to not invalidate my license?

you are entitled to two concurrent installations/activations with your one license, but if you don't need cs6 on your old computer, deactivate (help>deactivate) it.

when your new computer arrives install (do not move/transfer/copy/etc) cs6 on your new computer and activate it with your serial number.

Great, thanks!  As I understand it, I do not have to install all the apps in CS6, correct?

you can install only those apps that you want.  if you purchased one of the program suites you will be given the option of choosing those programs you want to install when you start the installation process.
