How can I move photoshop from my destructed computer?

If you still have a legacy computer that can run old software, keep using it for as long as you can. 

Use modern apps that are compatible with your new devices.

You may only install and activate a serial number program if you have an activation available… you have two activations with a serial number program

You say your old computer was destructed, which means you can’t DE-activate on that computer… which means that your laptop has your one remaining activation

To install and activate on a new computer you will need to DE-activate on the laptop… there is no other solution, and Adobe stopped adjusting the activation count over a year ago

If you do want to DE-activate on the laptop be sure it will communicate with the Adobe servers before you start… Also be aware that CS4 and earlier will not activate at all
