How can I purchase Creative Cloud for students ?

Dear Sir or Madam,I created this discussion because it's been a while I have been interested on purchasing the Creative Cloud pack for students, but as I try to make the whole procedure on my computer I end up coming with a problem when the system asks me to give the due date of my studies... for my distant art school doesn't really have a fixed program. As such, is it possible to make the purchase by phone ? Or is there another way for me to get what I want ? Where do I have to ask for help then ?  Thanks in advance for any answerPS: for information, I live in Switzerland. An European contact would then  be better than an US one.

Hi to Switzerland,It's not a question of contact but more a question of qualifying. I don't exactly know what you understand by a "distant art school"? If you are doing a "Fernstudium" and the art school fits into the accepted schools, you will qualify for a student subscription. It would help to post the schools website or similar. If you do not have an exact date for the graduation, you should indicate the expected duration. As this is a user to user forum, and this is more a commercial question than a technical one, you could also contact Adobe directly. The commercial contacts are available on the Adobe website. If you are using the correct region, you will get a local contact. You could also Contact Customer Care , but this is more useful as a post-buy problem solver.
