How can I re-download CS5 after my computer crashed and I lost the program?

My old computer's hard drive recently crashed and I lost all the applications I had installed into it. I had purchased CS5 and installed it with a disc, and I have the serial number and I have registered the product. Am I able to redownload CS5 onto my new computer?

I am also currently living abroad and do not have the original disc with me, just the serial number.
