how can i re download photoshop after erasing my hard drive

hello.

i have recently erased my hard drive and started fresh. i am trying to re download adobe photoshop onto my computer again but i do not see anything in my account on adobe, it shows i am paying for my subscription, but i don't know where to go to re download photoshop...
