I started a free trial, when I am trying to cancel before I get charged it wont load the data? I have been refreshing and trying different stuff for more then 30 minutes??

Use a web device/browser that does not have script blockers or VPN enabled.

try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
