How can I recover the contents of an old Authorware file?

I recently received some very useful data for my research, but it's stored in an a5p file. It turns out this file format was used in Adobe Authorware, which is no longer available. Does anybody know of any way for me to access/view/recover the data inside of this file?

i don't believe there's any program other than authorware that can open your file.  and while there are authorware versions available for download, they're illegal and probably infected so, if you're tempted to install one of these, you should use an old computer that's been cleaned or personal data and about which you do not care.
