I have already approved the serial number and such on the program and I think that I signed in, however when I go to view my account it doesn't show that its registered. I just bought CS6 design and web premium.

I did check with the email ID provided for the CS6 product, I was unable to find any product under retail or volume.
If you have purchased from any retailer, you can log in to www.adobe.com & register it under "My Products".
You can also contact Adobe Support at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6 & provide them the proof of purchase to get it registered.
