How can I reinstall my programs without a disc

My computer had to be reformatted and I've lost the disc. How can I get my programs back

Had to reformat my harddrive got access to my serial thru Adobe but it will not let me reinstall since I've used both licenses. Who do I need to contact to get them to fix the problem

It depends on which versions your programs are and whether or not you can access the serial numbers for them.
