How can I report someone using my email for a fraudulent account?

My email has periods in it, and I've had an Adobe account for years. A few days ago I got a "you created a new login" email for someone using my email without the periods. I logged in by resetting their password and signing them out of everything and found that they also had an annual

pre-paid membership using a variation of my email; I can only assume they've used a stolen credit card and my email to make a fake account.
I already sent the initial email to the phishing team because I originally thought it was a phishing email. I don't see a relevant security contact option. I don't want to lose my regular account and this is also obviously fraudulent activity. Who do I contact? I'm posting from the fake account right now.
